Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, devices and website interactions so we can improve our content and booking experience. Google Consent Mode is enabled: your statistics choice controls analytics cookie storage. When you decline, Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals. Microsoft Clarity
When enabled and you consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate our website through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us improve pages and identify booking difficulties. Strict text masking is configured, and form entries are masked. Microsoft processes website usage data, device and browser information and related identifiers. This is website interaction analysis, not access to your camera or microphone. We do not intentionally send reservation messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment card details as analytics event parameters. Reservation enquiries and correspondence are handled separately from optional visitor analytics.
